Hello Team,
Wow! There are only 2 practices left before the race. Next practice is on July 13.
We will continue to work on to become one team with one goal by putting all that we learned into race sets.
Please respond to the EVITE that was send out today so that we can have correct headcount for the seating chart. Speaking of seating chart, I need your weight.
Send me your weight, shirt order, fee this week by end of day on Sunday July 6.
Also on July 13, there will be boot camp session right after our paddling practice on the water on this Saturday. It will start at 11:20am and it will be around 40 minutes class. Please attend if you can to work on your strength and cardio.
Recommendation to come early to find parking since there has been lots of beachgoers at the beach.

9:20-9:30am - Check in
9:30-9:45am - Set up line up for boat & Warm Up
9:45-10:00am - Gear up and line up at the beach
10:00-10:55am - On the water practice
10:55-11:15am – Clean up equipment and maybe bring up boat and clean
11:20-12:00pm - Boot Camp
12:00-12:20pm – Short cool down & Debriefing
