I will mention again what I covered during our meeting last Saturday after practice.

For this week......
Drink at least gallon of water per day.
No heavy weight workout.
Extra
cardio workout - Special extra point if you can run/jog for 3 minutes
and let me know via replying to this email. Let me know which level you
completed........Bronze: 4 mph or Silver: 5 mph or Gold: 6 mph or Platinum: 7 mph.....
No
drinking alcohol on Friday & Saturday before the race. If you
"MUST" drink then, 1 DMV sized drink with 2 16oz glass of water.
