We have a home work for this week.
This home work is not requirement for participation but it will help you with timing.
You will also get an extra point and I will know if you have been practicing.
You all learned the proper way to paddle now. Top arm by your head and over the bottome arem, bottom arm straight, twist to face your partner, etc.
All you have to do is just mimic paddling in comfort of your own home.

Home Work is to practice that form to the tune of Queen – We Will Rock You.

Sit in a chair and practice your form for the entire song for both left and right side for total of 4 minutes.
Every clap is a hit and should pretend to be hitting the water.
It is slow enough to really twist and stretch out.
