Get ready for some workout!
We’ll have short land workout before our paddle
on 6/27/15.
It is not a requirement to attend the land
workout but you do get point for participation award.
We will start assigning people to each boat and
seating for practice race so very important that you reply yes or no to this
invite.
Schedule for 6/27/15
10:00-10:15am - Arrive
10:15-10:45am - Land Workout
11:00-11:20am - Check in
11:20-11:30am - Set up line up for boat
11:30-11:45am - Warm up stretch
11:45-12:00pm - Gear up and line up at the
beach
12:00-1:00pm - On the water practice - Boat 4
& 5
1:00-1:30pm - Bring up boat and clean
1:30-1:45pm - Cool down stretch
1:45-2:00pm - Debriefing
2:00-4:00pm? - Team bonding time at K.C.
