Please respond ASAP so that we can plan the boats accordingly.
We are still waiting for response from many members.
We'll have guest coaches for the this weekend since Zina and Niccole is out of town.
We will go over the basics paddling again for those who missed the first practice so please arrive on time so that we can go over the basics form at the beach.
Please come early to find parking and meet at the practice location by 10am.
Please respond to the EVITE as soon as possible to get the head count.

Our approximate schedule for the day is as follows. 10:00-10:15am - Sign in and turn-in waiver, Get Paddles and PFD ready
10:15-10:30am - Go over paddling basic & set seating for the boat
10:30-10:45am - Warm up exercise
10:45-11:00am - Line up at the beach to board the boat
11:00-11:55am - On the boat practice
11:55-12:25pm - Bring the boat up and clean-up
12:25-12:45pm - Cool down stretch
