Here's the basic logistics of the day so plans to be here all day as a team. It would be even good idea to bring light lunch since you'll be here about 5 hours.
10:00-10:30am - Basic Dragon Boating
10:30-10:45am - Warm up stretch
10:45-11:00am - Gear up and line up
11:00-12:30pm - First on the water practice
12:30-12:45pm - Bring up boat and clean
12:45-01:00pm - Cool down stretch
01:00-02:00pm - Second on the water practice
02:00-02:15pm - Bring up boat and clean
02:15-02:30pm - Cool down stretch
02:30-02:45pm - Info session
Veterans! Please wear your APCA Dragons shirts and be early so that new paddlers can find us at Mother's Beach.

Hello APCA Dragons & prospective team members!
It's time for Dragon Boating!
We
would like to get solid count of people who can participate this year
so I am sending this out to folks on my list before I send it out as
company-wide distribution.
Please email team captain (Thomas Yoo) at apcadragonboat@yahoo.com if you can make it to our practices and races for this year.
If you are AT&T employees then please sign-up through AT&T Volunteer Match site. https://att.volunteermatch.
Most important date to remember is the race day July 27 & 28.
You should be available for both days.
You do not have to attend all practice but strongly encouraged.
All beginners are strongly encouraged to attend first or second practice session.
Also,
if you want to participate in APCA Dragons but don't want to paddle
then we do have non-paddling position for you, such as equipment manager
and photographer/videographer.
