Hello Team!

If you were at the practice last week you know the basics of paddling and know where to meet so be there by 10:15am.

If this is your first practice then please be there by 10:00am to go over the basics and bring your signed waiver (attached).

Practice will be similar to last week where we will have one team go out then switch to the next team.

There may be chance of changes to schedule so prepare to be flexible.

Schedule for the day
10:00-10:15am - Basic DB Techniques
10:15-10:30am - Administration
10:30-10:45am - Warm Up
10:45-11:00am - Get Ready
11:00-12:30pm - On The Water
12:30-12:45pm - Clean Boat & Equipment
12:45-01:00pm - Stretch

01:00-03:00pm - KC Branaghan's (optional)
